PEPPER JACK CHEESE BALL


8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
½ tsp minced onion
3 finely chopped green onions
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup finely chopped green pepper
½ cup finely chopped red pepper
1 tsp Lemon juice
¾ cup cilantro, finely chopped

Mix all but cilantro and roll into a ball.  Roll in chopped cilantro.  Serve with crackers and tortilla chips.  The red and green color looks great for the holidays.
