BUTTERMILK PIE

The texture of pumpkin pie but the flavor of cheesecake!

Cream together:
    2 Tbsp butter
    1/4 cup flour
Add and mix well:
  3 eggs
  1 cup sugar
Add:
  2 cup buttermilk
  1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a 9" deep dish pie crust.  Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and bake at 325° for 45 -60 minutes or until filling is set.
