CARAMEL POPCORN

 I don’t think I have ever tasted caramel popcorn so soft and delicious.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cube butter
1 lb. Brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 gallons popped popcorn
 
Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan.  Cook at medium temperature until
'soft-ball' stage and pour over popcorn.  *To determine softball stage, drop a small amount into cold water and if it hardens, it is done!
