BOAT DIP

16 oz sour cream

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can 10.5 oz can Rotel with green chilies (drained)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Mix together and enjoy with tortilla chips.

HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

1 cup mayonnaise

1 can of artichoke hearts - chopped

1 5 oz. container of fresh shredded parmesan cheese

1 can of green chilies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients and then spread into a small casserole or baking dish.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Dip will be bubbly and cheesy.  Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers or both!
