ITALIAN DRIP BEEF


1 whole Beef Chuck Roast, 2.5-4 pounds
1 can beef consommé or beef broth
3 heaping Tablespoons of italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/2 jar (16 oz) pepperonicin peppers, with juice
Buttered, toasted deli rolls

Comine all ingredients in crockpot.  Cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

Serve on buttered, toasted rolls. Top with mozzarella cheese.
