FRENCH TOAST


1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Package of Splenda
4 pieces whole wheat bread
Vegetable Oil

Mix egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Splenda.  Dip bread in batter and fry in vegetable oil.  This French Toast doesn’t need butter or syrup for that matter!
