MEXICAN CHEF SALAD


1 onion chopped
1 large head lettuce
8 ounces grated cheese
Medium bag Doritos Chips, any flavor
4 tomatoes, diced
1 large avocado

Toss lettuce and onion with cheese.  Add chips, tomatoes, and avocado.

1 lb browned hamburger
1 15 ounce can drained kidney beans
¼ teaspoon salt

Add together and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add hamburger mixture into cold salad.  Serve with French dressing.
