Potatoes – frozen or boiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Shredded cheese
Minced onion
Coat potatoes with sauce. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Place in baking dish and bake for 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
