LEMON-DIJON VINAIGRETTE

1/2 cup EVOO
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
Salt & Pepper
1 packet of Truvia

Combine and enjoy drizzled over greens.
