2 carrots, finely chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
fungus, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 cups steamed and chilled rice
2 eggs
Vegetable oil
Soy Sauce
Scramble eggs and set aside. Saute vegetables in oil until tender crisp. Add rice and eggs. Use soy sauce to combine.
