1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Beat first four ingredients and then stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1" balls on to cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 16.
