12 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
3 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 sticks unsalted butter
Pinch salt
In saucepan, melt chocolate over low
heat. Add sugar, cream, butter, and
salt, and stir until blended. Transfer
to a fondue pot over low heat. Serve
with squares of pound cake, macaroons, pretzel rods, bananas, and strawberries.
