1 loaf of French bread cut into cubes
2 medium tomatoes- chopped
2 avocados chopped
¼-1/2 red onion-sliced
½ cup shredded mozzarella/parmesan cheese
2 cups salad greens
1 small can sliced olives
1 cup small pieces salami, pepperoni or grilled chicken
½-1 cup balsamic vinegar and olive oil or Italian dressing
(or any vinegerette dressing.)
