2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted bacon grease or 10 tablespoons (1 1/4 stick) butter, melter, plus vegetable oil for the skillet
2 large eggs
Combine ingredients then let rest for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
